Note: Avg. Cost $100-$200 for 40-50 attendees

Host Responsibilities

• Provide breakfast, coffee & variety of juices (& all condiments & paper goods, napkins etc.)
• Provide staff to host and greet attendees
• Prepare and deliver five minute presentation to audience
• As appropriate provide door prize (valued at $50+) to publicize business and expand your network

Host Benefits

• Complimentary booth space for promotional items and literature placed at HWCC Check in Table
• Special “Thank You” in Chamber Announcements
• Complimentary attendance list

Exhibitor Opportunity – Limited to first 20 paying exhibitors!

Note: Booth Space $15 per booth payable in advance / 40-50 Expected Attendees

Exhibitor Responsibilities

• Provide promotional items

• Useful promotional items such as pens, magnets, chap stick, mugs etc. are recommended and are more effective
• Giveaways are an excellent way to increase goodwill toward your company while aiding in your ongoing marketing campaign

• Provide giveaway for drawing (valued at $25) to promote your business
• Prepare and deliver 30 second infomercial about your product or service
• Increase attendance by inviting your sphere of influence - guests are always welcome at chamber events
• Enhance your presence by having additional staff attend and network with attendees

Exhibitor Benefits

• Complimentary 3 x 3 ‘ “shared” table space (not skirted, not decorated)
• Ability to market business to attendees by providing company literature & giveaways for each attendee

Chamber Responsibility

• Actively promote and publicize event to membership through E-newsletter, website & weekly blasts
• Handle registration and guests check-in
• Staff event
• Invite Ambassador’s to assist with event
